I Like the Nero Cafes,never go to Costa, unfortunately on several occasions I've visited this one it desperately needs another member of Staff on a Saturday,(2 isn't enough)its always a very busy day,especialy when the weather is miserable, luckily for myself I got served before they ran out of clean cups and saucers as there was no one to sort the...

Mostly always short staffed. Or slow. Terrible Americano's. Worst I've had. The seating area is really outdated and uncomfortable. Unless you're lucky to get one of the few comfortable seats available. Lighting is poor. No charm to this coffee shop, which is a shame as I generally prefer a Nero coffee to any other brand. Probably my last visit to...

Great coffee well made - love the iced coffee specials which look pretty and taste great! And the mousse cakes are to die for! How a good coffee shop should be cheers. If I was to change it I'd make it table service but appreciate it's probably too busy for that - just a pain queuing while missing out on chat time...
