Food is 'ok' when it comes, but the service is pretty poor. Four of us ordered pizzas, one of which was a child's one. That came first, and it was huge, and laden down with melted cheddar cheese (that sounds great but there was so much it wasn't very nice). A few minutes later another one came (not a child's one but exactly the same size), then we waited.... And waited..... We had to ask where the others were, and they'd forgotten to make them! One came later but was burnt! They took it back and remade it, bringing it out later. Finally when it was half eaten, the last pizza arrived. The children's ones had been finished ages ago and the children themselves were now bored stiff and starting to play up. Great. The waitress was apologising every time she walked past, and we could hear her doing the same to the only other group in the place, so they must've got their order all cocked up too! If you can imagine all this happening to a hilarious soundtrack of 'smooth jazz' versions of rock songs like Black Sabbath's Paranoid, Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit, Queen's Radio Gaga or Rolling Stones' Jumping Jack Flash, you'll get the picture. There are plenty of lovely places to eat in Tenby, go to one of...

Nice, cosy little cafe in the heart of Tenby Town. Didn't sit in myself, just popped in to grab some cakes to takeaway. Lady on the counter seemed a bit frazzled to be honest, but did give me the time when I asked her to tell me what the cakes were on the counter as they had no labels. She did explain all the cakes and I picked up a chocolate slice and carrot cake to go. The carrot cake crumpled up a bit so she put a bit extra in for me which was nice. Carrot cake comes with or without the cream cheese frosting.

Both cakes were nice, carrot was really strong and packed a punch but the cream cheese frosting was very plain, but it kind of worked together. Chocolate cake was moist and indulgent. I'm not sure they were quite worth £3 each, but good enough.

It was a shame the woman seemed so distracted while serving me, but the cafe looks like a good, relaxed place to sit in and the menu...

We sat at an outside table, waitress cleared table but didnt wipe it, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. I ordered a slice of cake and 2 coffees. The cafe wasn't full. We waited 25 mins and no sign of our order so I went and asked, the lady said I cant find it, oh here it is, your 4th? 2 separate couples had ordered after us and had theirs? She said ill put yours at the front, eventually it came, the slice of cake was half the size of the people next to us and was served on a saucer, not plate and no cutlery, the waitess came back, handed me a fork, no napkin and the blackboard had said large drinks but what we were given was a standard cup 3/4 filled (£3 each). I dont normally do reviews but my coffee and cake treat was very disappointing from start to finish and not cheap at £9.40 for 2 coffees and one...

Just stopped off for a drink. We felt the welcome was a bit cold and not the best. We were told to take a menu and find a seat. The menu was food only so was pointless taking one. Both of the drinks (a hot chocolate and a mocha) were too sweet, I think they likely added sugar to it which ruins the drink for both of us and neither of us finished. The toilet is a single unisex and disabled toilet. It claims to be a disabled toilet but it would be unusable for a wheelchair user as they have a baby changing table in the wheelchair space and the sink and soap dispenser would be hard to reach. On a plus the one lady who arrived to work after we had ordered was really nice and seemed the only welcoming person.

The space is cosy, the staff could be more friendly, the lady that took the order was acting like she didn't wanted customers there. Took 35min for the food to come to the table (even the sandwiches), one of the orders was wrong but they offer to promptly replaced it, glad I didn't replaced it because the bread of the tuna sandwich was really good. The photo is from the fish of my friend that was undercooked, we didn't send it back because it took so long the first time we didn't want to wait ages again. I would improve the customer service there. Also, due to Covid there is alcohol gel at the entrance (extra point) but the space is too packed to keep social distance.
