Castle Burger — Restaurant in Wales

My Dad and I came here this evening - 19/07/2024.

We ordered 2 Wrexham lagers, 1 Honest Burger (Dad), 1 Swiss Burger (me), 1 Korean Chicken loaded fries, and 1 Jalapeno poppers.

About £45

Honestly the best burger I have ever eaten in my entire life. The bacon was unreal. The fries were INSANE.

The burger was not one of those ridiculously big burgers that makes a crazy mess. Perfect size. Just right. Juicy.

You WILL enjoy a burger in this place.

The guys working here were amazingly friendly. Great service, very fast, very polite, good smiles all round. I thanked the cook, he was very grateful. Bulgarians are awesome. Благодаря ви приятели!!

The joint is a little small so we were lucky to get a table (about 5 tables).

A young family of 4 seemed to really be enjoying the vibes and their burgers, and then a group of 4 young lads came in after work and got some fries and some milkshakes. They sat by the window and watched the impressive motorbikes driving by on Castle Street. Good vibes all round.

First time order, castleford branch. not happy very late burger was expensive to say no chips , chips with kebab were lacking for price not many chips at all. If you added chips to your burgers and more on your kebabs you'd have alot more stars from me as burger was actually tasty and fresh greens not slimy and cooked . But sadly lacking in quantity for price just over 6 quid just for a small yes small chicken fillet burger with no chips. Partner ordered kebab and chips it was tiny and very few chips less than a child's portion for just over 6 quid and not much kebab meat also cold my burger was barely warm. Ordered skittles milkshake and it tastes of nothing just wierd vanilla taste its not nice at all not a hint of skittles . Guys pick up the pace everyone puts chips with their meals if I had realised this I wouldn't have...

This is a place with, arguably, the best burgers in this part of UK! I’ve got myself a chicken burger and it was MINDBLOWING!! The meat was tender and delicious! Fresh, vegetable and sauces literally created a masterpiece of a burger, and I really am not a burger person myself. Usually burgers are the last thing on my mind when I think of a quick foods out but I will be coming back and I want try every single thing they have on the menu and I highly recommend this to everyone else, too! In addition to fantastic food of amazing quality, you can count on the hospitality and kindness - as soon as you walk into the restaurant it’s there and it’s unbeatable! Ps.
