DEE PIZZA & WRAPS — Restaurant in Wales

Been here a couple of times now since we moved not far away. The first time it was insanely busy and full of kids inside and outside messing around so we had to wait ages just to be served and then ages to receive our food. As I said it was rammed so the wait was kind of understandable but then almost lost all our food on the floor due to the kids waiting outside messing around.To be fair the food was nice and seemed better ingredients than the usual pizza shops. The second time we visited was the other day and we got there half an hour before it opened and already there were loads of kids outside messing around and swearing quite a lot in front of our little boy which really did bother me as my partner was stood right next to them by the door. About 5 minutes before it opened the staff all appeared out of the window hatch to have selfies with the kids who were messing around. I understand that the shop is now "TIK TOK" famous but they could have said "calm down a bit first and then we do the selfies". Didn't have to wait as long as before for the food but was also a bit unimpressed that the show and dance that they put on to the kids there for selfies was completely different to how my partner and son was served. It was like our custom Didn't matter as much.we ordered 2 pizzas and one came first and had to wait for the other at the window hatch. This time the food was rubbish too! The pizza we had to wait for was barely cooked and even had to reheat it at home to finish it. All in all if I'm honest, unless you are a "TIK TOK CRAZED ADOLESCENT" this is definitely not the place for you. I think they need a much bigger shop and to probably get a lot more control over what happens in and around the shop and maybe it could be suited to all. In my honest opinion I think it's only rated so highly because the kids all want to be on TIK TOK and they let them have freebies...

Ordered large chicken kebab. Pizza. Cheeseburger and chips. Large chips. Chicken kebab in homemade wrap was very very good 5 stars. Size of kebab was indeed a large with good sized chunks of chicken. Cheeseburger looked good. Daughter gave it a 6.2/10. I will round that to 3 stars. I think she was after fried onion. But salad with the two items mentioned was good, came with sliced white onion. Pizza base came up a bit at the sides like a pizza hut one. 4 stars for this as it could've done with a little longer in the oven. I would recommend this venue however gets an overall 4 stars from us as the chips let the meal down. Really hard like cardboard most due to double fry. But after a very short journey back to base camp rather than soggy from trapped in heat. Really tough! SEE KEBAB PIC. Cheeseburger chips looked better but still not...

I have taken photo of the Takeaway shop, I have taken pictures of the menu aswell so you all can see the prices... and I have taken pictures of the food I got from there too. I will recommend to get the Popcorn chicken with Chip's 100% it's delicious. They also do alot more of different food like Burgers, Donner kerbs, Pizza's lots more.... plus just say about any Allergies to them about food.

This shop is very Friendly and welcoming too. I will say be aware of Parking around the shop is very limited as not many places too park just to say. They also do Deliveries too but depends on how far out you are as we we're about 1 hour away from the shop and they said they will not deliver that far out to us.

Over all I would most definitely say I would go back to this shop to get takeaway again 100% as it was delicious...
