Very bad service for the customers if there is something to get free. Came twice (11th October and 17th October) and to get some free spring rolls by signing to the app and referring the app for a friend. First day, I thought that was her attitude but the second day there was a another girl near the till who acts the same way. The second day we came with a mind to try some noodles and rice with the free spring rolls that I had by referring the app for a friend but no we didnt, because we felt really bad when we ask about the free spring rolls and how they acted. The service was really bad because it felt like, "do they only gives a good service on the people who spends to buy" and if there is someone to get some free spring rolls from the app they are like just throwing the food and they acted like we were begging for money from those two girls who were in the till. One was a short girl who wrapped her hair, maybe a muslim girl and the other girl is a abit fat girl maybe a British girl. It's okay if it's a really busy day but no, both days were really quite. I'm also working on a restaurant as a waitress nearby but we never do such things for the customers eventhough we are soo tired and really busy for example like on rugby days, we don't show anything for the customers and if there is something to redeem free we provide the same service as for a person who spends money on the food. I didn't want to tell this because the food and the atmosphere was really good but because this happened twice and I felt it really bad, I wanted to tell because I don't want to be this for another...

Was here yesterday with my sister and my daughter. Firstly, every member of staff were miserable and had no customer service at all. Secondly, I asked for egg fried rice and was told it would be 10 mins. I explained I was happy to wait the 10 minutes and was then met with a look as if I’d just made the servers life 10 times more difficult. I paid for 2 box meals and was told the one with rice would be brought over as soon as the rice was cooked. 20 mins had passed and I was still waiting for the food. I spoke to the one and only helpful member of staff(manager I am assuming) and he made sure I was given my food. I went back up to the counter a few minutes later to buy a drink and was completely ignored by the 3 members of staff, one of them in fact looked me dead in the face. I was never once asked if I was ok or needed help with anything which is in my opinion number one rule when working in customer service. I had to ask for service after standing there like a statue for around 5 minutes. If they were rushed off their feet I’d understand but the place was near enough empty. I recently dined at chopstix and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect.

The star of the show, of course, was the food. The noodle dishes here are nothing short of spectacular. I tried the house special, and it was a delightful explosion of flavors. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bite. The broth was rich and savory, with layers of complexity that kept me coming back for more. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced, making each bite a joy.

Beyond the noodles, the appetizers and side dishes were equally impressive. The dumplings were delicate and flavorful, and the spring rolls were crisp and bursting with fresh ingredients.
