Coffee#1 Cardigan — Restaurant in Wales

I have been living in wehls for about 3 years and as someone who has received service from the branches of this brand that exist in most places, I think the branch in Cardigan was the most rude. Today, at half past five, we went there with a friend, it is very disturbing that the brunette lady who took the order stated that it was closing at 5 o'clock, it is written on the door and we see it! It's too ugly for him to act like this because we're foreigners, and it's also sad that he served us in a cardboard cup and served coffee in a glass cup to the lady in front! It was the same person I received service with similar behaviors before. My husband and I don't think we're going there anymore! If only they could be friendly to strangers, especially the lady who was there at half...

Dirty, unclean - understaffed? Wednesday 13:00hrs, arrived to find 3 staff behind the counter and half the tables left with old plates and trays on them. All the tables and chairs were dirty and covered in bits. Customers stacking trays of old pots so they can use the tables. 45 minutes later it is still a problem (3 staff behind the counter) and no one has cleared up a single tray or wiped a single table. Staff seemed rushed and too busy. Management need to look at staff levels/priorities. It is a shame, could be a lovely coffee shop. Coffee, tea and cakes were nice, other food was good value...

It is always pristine, well managed and with excellent customer service even when busy

We spoke with Jess today and what an asset she is along with her work colleagues who all offer so much more and who obviously love working for your company and taking time with customers with a reassuring smile and gentle manner but incredibly efficient in their work
