La fontana — Restaurant in Wales

2x meals ordered (salad boxes, one w/quiche, one w/ham). Spent £12 to receive 2 completely different portions, on top of unprepared veg- I honestly thought I'd chipped a tooth to discover a lump of grit I had to spit out. Every piece of lettuce was covered, put me off my food completely. And I didn't even ask for Beetroot.. I went in to explain the issue and the young girl, (daughter-in law of said business)she was full of attitude and back chat. They do not know the meaning of customer service, I will not be going again! Oh and yes, I've done Silver Service too👋 but an apology does...

The right place if you're visiting Cardigan in Wales and fancying a delicious Italian gelato ice cream. Rich in flavor and the texture is incredibly smooth, melting perfectly in your mouth. The selection is impressive, featuring both classic flavors like pistachio, and unique creations such as Welsh cake (highly recommended). Sitting here at La Fontana enjoying the best coffee we've had all holiday. Bought a hot chocolate for my little boy and it came beautifully presented in a glass cup with an full size cookie on the side. Possibly they took pity on us as we were sat outdoors on a windy showery day, but customer service here is excellent. Its our second visit (we came for lunch last year whilst in holiday ), and it's great to see the food, drinks and customer service are still as good as ever despite the Covid-19 precautions they have put in place....
