Coffee#1 Swansea — Restaurant in Wales

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience. The staff are fairly friendly but don't seem very inviting, the kindness seemed a little 'fake'. However, I understand some may not have had customer service training. The food is over priced, it had my ciabatta would cone with a side salad, however I got a pathetic bit of lettuce and dressing. Also they didn't provide serviets with the food or when my smoothie was extremely full and running on the table. But this review isn't all bad, I was surprised on how clean it was in there, huge thumbs Up!! I understand it's difficult to be everywhere at once but at least they nailed the cleaning.

Had a 'too good to go' offer with you. Which was pretty good for the money 2 bacon baps, 1 sausage bap, 2 all day breakfast wraps, 2 croissants and some cookies. Bacon wrap - had to cut the rind off, as I am very fussy with my bacon and hate any rind left on, was tasty though. My partner had the sausage bap which he said was tasty too. Very disappointed in the breakfast wrap, the bacon with large amount of rind was awful, after taking out ALL the bacon, it didn't taste very nice. The birds had. Wish you could see the photo. Can't imagine the price on it, but wouldn't have been impressed to pay full whack for it. On the plus side the male staff member was pleasant...

Waited in queue and ordered my coffee today 4th Aug only to be told I couldnt pay by cash. The assistant at the til said that it was Coffee#1 policy and there was signage displayed. I questioned on my way out with a male member of staff why the girl at the til was abrupt and incorrect about the signage that wasnt displayed. He said they use to have signage regarding card only but it must have been removed. The girl came out to the table again to question my concerns and was quite confrontational regarding me making a complaint.
