Dee Dee's Family Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Don't come here if you want good customer service!!! so rude and abnoxious asked for hot food which is advertised on the desk to be told there's none and when asked why it advertised was told 'so what because it is' I informed the young girl she had a bad attitude for dealing with customers she replied 'whatever' and laughed as she walked away Never came across a young girl with such attitude..here's your tip get yourself another job preferably one where you don't have to deal with...

The staff are ignorant and hardly acknowledge the customers the food is not fresh and the texture of the sausages was like rubber, only one slice if bacon on the bacon roll and to top it off it's overpriced for the quailty you get also the cheese in the kids meal was hard and curled not fresh left out all morning by the looks of it poor length of expire date on...

There was 12 breakfast items to choose from on the menu, unfortunately the staff only made 5 items to sell. I also asked the member of staff what was the fully loaded roll, her reply was " I don't know " she did enjoy the cup of coffee she was drinking as she was dealing with some customers. Not coming back...
