Domino's Pizza - Porthcawl — Restaurant in Wales

Sunday 19/05/2024 approx. time 11.am -Paid £20.46 .Receipt number 2214 Absolutely disgusting atmosphere and service especially coming from the store Manager. As soon as we ordered from the counter he proceeds to make the pizza without washing his hands after using the computer and touching the drinks bottles . Absolutely shocking! I asked him why is not using gloves and he said that is no requirement's. Where is the food hygiene standards here. I refused to go ahead with the order before and I asked for a refund and he said that I will contact the head office and will refund you in 7 days, asked for a proof of refund and he declined, he said that can't give any proof, and all I got was arrogance from him. I've been here many times and all other staff members were preparing the pizza with the gloves, but not at this time and he said that is the store Manager. I will never ever be ordering food from there ever again...

I loved this place, quick and polite the staff in this particular Place , Porthcawl, unfortunately not to be said about other branches, that's why I don't like to say much about , big branches as its the individual that makes a place , a smile , and a helpful person , willing to listen to your order and get it right , and bothers to ask if its OK, or do you want something else , and can they get you the bill , etc etc , and thanks you for coming g etc and at least tries to make the experience a good one , rather than a mare as I call it . But hey this one was thumbs up 👍...

Delivery 50 minutes late and cold, called to complain, the guy just said "ye we'll refund you". I said do you know who I am, he said yeah -and muttered some details, then we went into-who am I, then he hung up, that's it Worst customer service ever experienced so far Said I would get a refund but honestly I don't even think he knew what customer he was talking to. Cold Pizza and refund...
