KFC Rhuddlan - Castle View Retail Park — Restaurant in Wales

Well well well, let’s set the scene for you, it was a dark, damp and wet Friday night and I was absolutely starving so I said to myself “I wanna get a cheeky Nando’s with the mandem” sadly there was no Nando’s near here, so we had to settle with KFC Rhuddlan, me and the mandem pulled up (aka my grandma) their was a feeling of instant regret , you really couldn’t grasp the feeling until you entered KFC RHUDDLAN, so I entered the establishment all was well until I ended up bumping into someone near the door because they weren’t serving anyone, the gentlemen I bumped into politely said to me “watch yourself” I simply replied with “ok boss” so after a delightful time waiting in queue for 20 minutes got the front and this delightful lady served me, honestly super nice girl, I think her name was Carol but I’m not sure, anyhow, I’m disgusted that she got my order wrong and then tried flirting her way out of it, I still went on a date with her, but that’s not the point, the point is I asked for a corn on the cob and got a gravy instead, honestly this is outrageous, I was not impressed at this moment in time as then she offered me a cup of tea instead to heal my wounds but the damage was done, my heart already broken, I’m suprised I didn’t need to go to Aldi and stick my head in a freezer to cool my self off, but anyhow if you have a feeling that someone is lurking in the shadows or even there’s a full moon about, don’t go to KFC Rhuddlan PS Would recommend to...

HORRENDOUS. Took 25 minutes to get served after using the machines, there was 3 customers in front of us, would he faster ina none "fast" food restaurant. Forgot to give us our drinks, forgot to give us cutlery for the beans, forgot the sauce for my partner's boneless banquet that we paid for! Tables hadn't been cleaned for ages, we were there for 45 minutes and the tables were messy before we arrived and then were still messy when we were leaving, food all over the floor got stuck in my wheelchair wheels, staff complaining that 5 staff members hadn't turned up, I do feel sorry for those picking up the slack but it's not the customers fault so we dont need moaning at about it. Then when the queue went down 2 members of staff stood at the counter talking for 15 minutes to a member of staff that was off duty instead of cleaning up the place! There was flies landing on the food that had been left on tables and then we couldn't even put our empty food containers in the bin because they were over flowing!! But at least 1 lad ( had a headset on for drive through) sorted out the disabled toilet door for me so I could get in. But I will be making a formal complaint about this visit to head office! If you have a busy restaurant like a kfc you should have staff back up plans, not let it all go to s**t when people dont...

Visited this place today. It was appalling!!! Filthy tables and floor. Queue to the door. But what was worse there were even more people waiting for their orders! The place was in chaos at the busiest period on their main day. Dreadfully under staffed and unable to cope. Car's queuing up outside too. But this is usual for this badly ran establishment that trades on where It is positioned. It seems it will never improve so now it joins our best avoided list. Why people go to this filthy badly ran establishment I really don't know. But there again I did in the false hope they had improved. Seems it won't as it's a cash cow that cares nothing for customer service. KFC....they'll keep coming even when we run out of stock! We left and went to McDonald's in Abergele which was cleaner and the service instant. No queues. No delays in service. In fact I reckon it was quicker for us to drive to McDonald's in Abergele than stay waiting in this drab dirty under staffed establishment. We could have called on the way back and find the same people waiting. Best avoided unless you like substandard service, dirty premises and you have a whole day to waste queuing for a dodgy meal as most items are off the menu for one pathetic excuse or another. NOT...
