We visited Mor a couple of days ago we love Tenby and wanted to treat my neice and my children to a day out we stopped here for coffee and milkshakes five drinks in total the coffee was lovely and I did tell the barista but she just gave me a stony face expression. I know how important it is to keep your review a high when you run a small business having run a well established customer facing business for the last 19 years with over 180. Five star reviews so I don’t take it lightly leaving a negative review however I felt compelled on this occasion. The drinks were actually very nice and we had a glass orange drink a biscoff milkshake,2 hot coffees and 1 iced oat milk latte this is where I feel the need to leave a negative but accurate review. The drinks were actually lovely and we didn’t mind the price for that reason but the server’s attitude was extremely rude and aggressive I don’t know if she was having a bad day ( Tenby was not very busy as off season ) but when she made the milkshake she threw it on the counter when i enquired that it definately was the milkshake and not the latte as you couldn’t see the biscoff and I didn’t want to give my neice the wrong drink she replied well there’s no ice in it is there? she then repeated that again her tone expression and phrase was extremely rude I was shocked to be honest and I replied well I couldent see the biscoff she said nothing made the latte and then as I said thanks to her twice and commented on the coffee and its quality she ignored me. When we had left I asked my daughter and niece if that was as a normal interaction they both said it was not and that we all felt uncomfortable. The lady in question looked visibly red as if she had had some altercation with someone that is the only excuse I can find for her blatant rudeness I would genuinely like to know if that was the servers normal attitude it was bizarrely rude...

I never thought I would find my soulmates in a beverage, but here we are. Their Coffee, is the perfect pick-me-up in the morning, the aroma of your beans and the warmth of your liquid soothes my soul. You are the perfect balance of bitter and sweet, and I can't imagine starting my day without you. Their Milkshakes, oh my goodness they are the sweetest indulgence, the perfect treat on a hot summer day. Your creamy texture and the burst of flavors in my mouth make me forget all my worries. You are the perfect companion for a lazy afternoon, and I can't resist their charm.
Together, you are the perfect pair, the yin and yang of the beverage world. The combination of your flavors is like a symphony to my taste buds, and I can't get enough. You complement each other so well, and I feel lucky to have you both in my life.
The Mor’s Coffee and Milkshakes, are my guilty pleasure, my comfort food, my happy place. I can't imagine a world without you.

Read moreAlways in Tenby, went into the store today for expreeso and millionaires shortbread (which was lovely), I don't wear a mask as I'm exempt and I refuse to wear a lanyard as I don't feel the need to advertise the fact that I'm exempt (plus it isn't law to wear one). The girl asked me wear my mask was, I informed her that I was exempt, she then ask me for the card/lanyard I said I haven't got one, she asked to go outside to be served as I was putting people off from coming in (this is however against the law). I went out side and was going to inform her of my rights and business laws with covid but as it was busy and didn't want to make the girl feel silly by regaling off all the human rights that she has broken. I felt extremely discriminated for my disability and have never ever felt so victimised. It isn't the businesses right to enforce the law but to ask if someone isn't wearing a mask if they have one, if they say they are exempt then that is were you leave it by the law! So the only time these are going to her from me is via...
