I recently stopped by KFC for my regular dose of crispy joy, but little did I know I was about to witness greatness in action. Enter James Green, the team member who seamlessly blended his Call of Duty skills into the art of fried chicken service.
From the get-go, James was locked and loaded. He approached the counter with the focus of a soldier on a mission, ready to deploy maximum satisfaction. My order was taken with precision, like he was strategizing for a high-stakes multiplayer match. And when I requested an extra tub of gravy? No hesitation—James executed the request like it was a tactical maneuver.
But the real show began when the lunchtime rush hit. The man was a blur of efficiency, navigating the battlefield of burgers, fries, and chicken wings with the coordination of a seasoned gamer. It was as if he had UAV support, predicting customer needs before they even spoke.
At one point, he slid my order across the counter with the finesse of a victory royale, saying, “Mission accomplished.” And let me tell you—he wasn’t wrong. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, as though James had personally ensured each piece of chicken was cooked with military precision.
Even when the fryer alarm went off, James stayed calm, cool, and collected—like a pro gamer in the final circle. He rallied the team, ensuring no order went astray, all while maintaining that perfect balance of professionalism and charm.
If KFC had a leaderboard, James Green would be top-tier. His ability to bring Call of Duty energy to the world of chicken deserves a medal—or at least unlimited gravy privileges. James, you’re not just a team member; you’re a legend....
Read moreI recently visited McDonald's Holyhead to get my usual order, a Big Mac with bacon. However, I was shocked and disappointed when I discovered there was no bacon on the burger. To make matters worse, there was milkshake all over the burger because the server “skye” had apparently dropped it in my bag. she basically growled at me as she handed me my food. 0 customer service skills.
I went back through the drive-thru to complain and was met by a rude staff member named Amy at the first window, who shockingly told me that it was my fault and that they couldn’t offer a refund because they “don’t have any money.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I then went inside to speak to the manager, Emma, to escalate my complaint, and things only got worse. She told me she needed to take a bite out of my food to verify my complaint. I couldn't believe the level of service here.
This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, and I won’t be returning. The staff’s behavior was appalling, and the quality control was non-existent. Very...
Read moreVery disappointing and frustrating. Don't have MDs very often but we had a long day out so decided to call in at the drive through. It was 6.30pm on a Monday in half term week. And yet they'd run out of chicken sandwiches, fillet of fish, nuggets, several mcflurries, the list was endless that she quoted (too many to remember). Talk about bad planning. It's as though they weren't even aware it was half term week and completely taken by surprise. Then after waiting 10 minutes in the queue, at the point we arrive at the order point, we're kept waiting without explanation whilst the other cars continued to be served. Then the system crashes and the screens go off and we're kept waiting even longer. When we did eventually get our food it was barely warm. Even the hot apple pie, which is normally hotter than the sun,...
