McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

I DO NOT RECOMMEND To be honest i have nothing but problems when i visit this branch. Where do i begin... -Firstly the chips are either cold or luke warm and quite stale tasting. -the milkshake is always sour and allways tastes of all 3 flavours! (Yuk!) -i use the drive through alot its my sons treat on a friday as he loves a happymeal (as most kids do). He has never compained But as for the rest of the family this is not the case. On about 10+ seperate occasions they have failed to put food in bag or they mess up the order e.g. putting pickles on a burger or giving a plain burger when we asked for only cheese. You then have to go inside and wait for them to rectify the mistake while the rest of your food gets cold. -Last week i visted Newport road branch and as usual they messed my order up so we went back to the window to say they had forgotten a mayo chicken. The extreamly rude manager then told me very abruptly that she put it in the bag. I explained that she hadent i have checked the bag twice. She then shouted i told you i put it in the bag. My 6yr old son was present also and was quite upset by the whole thing. We had a £20 order why would we lied about 1 mayo chicken?! She eventually shouted from a couple of feet away just give it to them! I then complained to the manager and head office. Im yet to hear back from them with an apology. i think we may have to try another McDonald's in...

First of all your staff all spend there time chatting rather than working because of this whenever I go in store the service is incredibly slow and it seems like no one actually knows what's in stock the last time I was there in person I ordered big macs after waiting for 15 mins a member of staff came up to me they ran out of big Mac sauce so I said that's fine make them without them when our food arrived to my surprise we had big Mac sauce in our burgers so idk if your staff just cannot be bothered to check your store rooms or fridges maybe some additional training on using your eyes in the work place its honestly ridiculous.

Secondly Newport road has been the only McDonald's to have given me food poisoning for 2 days straight so I dread to think about your employers hygiene.

Third and lastly don't order from Newport road online as they always miss items off order once I ordered cheese dippers no salsa and I was sent the salsa but not the dippers absolute joke. They also constantly miss items off in store but atleast your already in the shop when it happens.

I love McDonald's but honestly Newport road is in desperate need of new management re training and a health inspection certainly couldn't hurt neither the store is...

The staff there are so rude most of them especially managers. Instead of serving me for fast customer service, two co-workers decided to have a conversation about work and their life. The coke is ALWAYS flat! As if they never change the machine. Burger kings coke is so much nicer and fresh! They NEVER have ice and i mean they NEVER have ice. Always mess my orders up or at least forget something. Or I'm given the wrong order. The food is always steal cold and never cooked fresh. The chips are always undercooked and freezing. Sometimes they can be warm but as if they have been under the heat lamp all day. One time i caught a staff member or manager not wearing a hair net and her hair was in a long ponytail which covered over the chips. I honestly don't know how anyone would want to work in a Mcdonald's. So underrun and they never hire the right staff. Just people who are desperate for jobs and money. (No or fence) Another issue is the place is NEVER clean. If you look behind the till they floor is absolutely bogging. For a multi millionaire company - it really has the wrong staff and service. Not the best look on the company. Upper your game McDonalds! Higher your pay and people might actually enjoy their job enough...
