McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

I asked for 2 sweet chilli sauce tubs, the lady said they are 20p each so I gave her 50p. She gave me back a 5p and said she has no-till there or a source of change to give me. She said I told her I have the change. All I did was turn to my center console to get change without saying anything. She can read your mind. A very confusing yet idiotic exchange. This restaurant is becoming more and more stupid every day. If your going to charge for the sauce then have a till ready because not everyone will carry the exact change. If you're going to open a business then it's a good idea to have money in the tills as customers would expect their change. And if your 2nd collection window doesn't have a facility to take money then you should make the customer aware of that before asking them to pay. It's also helpful if you have staff who have some common sense and an understanding of professionalism. I mean it's not like your a multi-billion pound company. 💁‍♂️

Late night visit for me as had the munchies and needed some salty chips. Ended up ordering a side of cheesy nacho bites as well given that they were on the menu at the time.

Went inside for the food, was met by a greeter who asked me to scan their barcode for track and trace. Their own is mandatory, the NHS one optional. Quick to do, no problems with that. She was a nice lady as well, I'd not visited a McDonald's for a long time so she explained the table service situation and gave me the placard thing with the table number to order with. Ordered using the self service screens, easy to use and input your table number at the end for someone to come and find you with the food.

Food was usual McDonald's standard, nothing really much else to see. I wanted salty chips and I got them! Can't say I thought much of the cheesy nacho bites, very soft and greasy. I've preferred other cheese bites they've had on the menu previously. All very simple in processes though, 5 stars because of the nice woman...

What a s**t hole of a restaurant. Visited early sunday on the 11/04 and it immediately started to go wrong after using the touch screen, which was unable to print my receipt as it had no paper, it also did not show my number so had to guess what my order was. Then we waited and waited and waited, always thought it was fat food??? , as just eat orders were packed and sent off, one after another after another. While nornal customers just waited. Randomly a member of the public chatting up a rather drabe looking staff member kept entering the cooking area not in uniform. They also appeared to cox the staff member to give them a free meal. Finally got my food, quite annoyed by now. Went to take the pickles out and the burger had a lovely hair smushed into the cheese... By far the rankest most disgusting takeaway i have ever been to.
