Molly's Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

I visited here quite a few months ago, there were a couple of tables free so we sat down to look at the menu. My partner went up to order and the staff member was quite rude, instead of saying excuse me, she was abrupt as if we were an inconvenience. I realise working with the public is challenging at times but I think having reasonable manners to others, whether you're in a work environment or not, is not hard. Because of this we went elsewhere, paid about £3 more and got excellent service with very good surroundings (no sticky menus) and very good quality and generous sized breakfasts. I've given 3 stars because the food here, although I haven't tried, looks and smelt nice and I really do not like rating local business low (we all have our off days after all) The menus and tables felt a bit sticky and the place didn't feel particularly clean, although I could have overlooked this and still would have eaten here, had we have had a better experience. Went to try the breakfast here this morning, as we haven't been for 9 years. Noticed there was a cash only sign up, my mum asked the lady if it was cash only and she was going to continue her sentence to say "so where is the nearest cashpoint" as the ones we knew about was a bit of a walk away, especially in the rain and wind. We was rudley interrupted with a 'yeah' and a rude facial expression. Took our service elsewhere. Maybe a idea to let potential customers finish their sentences before interrupting them with a poor facial expression. Food is cheap and almost cheerful. Usual cafe issue, awful cheap sausages. I had the Belly Buster and the rest of it was ok tbh. Coffee was nice but service needs some work. I saw a couple walk out because there order had been messed up twice. Can't say I blame them tbh. Owner insists on the door being kept open even though the cold draught cools your food, and yourself, rather quickly. Would I go back? No, this was my first and last visit to this establishment.
