Utterly appalling service, wait time and presentation of the incorrect orders. Went to kfc today at 20:00, and went straight to train station after waiting HALF AN HOUR! Once I had gotten to the station and opened up my boneless banquet, I was disgusted with the site I saw in the box. They not only forgot my barbecue sauce which I paid as a part of the meal but also gave me beans instead of gravy (and there was no disclaimer that they didn’t have sauces or any mention when I went up for my order?!?!? Indubitably I couldn’t eat this due to not being able to tolerate the taste). I’m just disappointed by the disrespect of this establishment. Not only did I not have gravy or sauce, but they gave me an empty cup ( I am aware you fill up your own drink) but the drink machine was shut off and covered. When I went up to the counter to ask what I was to do I was just tossed a bottle of water and told that’s all the drinks they had, i’m quite saddened by this since I was excited for my peach iced tea, but my friend who also ordered the boneless banquet and received beans instead of gravy as well as the same faults as I did; went up to ask about the drink situation, waited 5 minutes for someone to pass and pay attention to her, received a can of Pepsi max, I’m not quite sure why I wasn’t offered this. There were also no tissues provided in any of our bags. Overall, I’m disappointed by the laziness of the staff on shift, it felt like I was disrespected and unwelcome despite it being 8 o’clock, it seems like they were eager to close earlier than the set time online of 10 o’clock. I always seem to have bad service when it’s come to using just eat and unfortunately 23/11/2021 was the same occasion. After a long day at work I decided to treat my parents to a KFC and with the cold weather I decided to order online rather than dragging my parents out to the store. Just eat completely messed up the order and delivered us someone else order. This was by no fault of KFC. However what KFC Llandudno then did was amazing! They took a situation that had been created by no fault of their own, owned the situation and dealt with the issue. I couldn’t thank their staff enough, especially Vanessa. She went out of her way on a busy night to try and chase up just eat but unfortunately they let both KFC and us down. We came to an agreement with the staff that we would come and collect our order. They remade our order so it was warm and fresh and put in some freebies for us as an apology. This shows great customer service to me! Working in customer service my self I do have a very high standard when it comes to customer service and Vanessa and the staff at Llandudno KFC did not let me down! I can’t Thank you enough! You are a credit to the company and I hope that your managers/ area managers know this. 19/1/2021 I just asked my husband to get KFC this evening, we ordered a take away party bucket for 14 pieces. When he arrived home there was no popcorn chicken or boneless chicken fillet. We tried to call them but there was no answer. This is not the first time, even if we eat in we always find that the order is missing something. I would hate to return to tell them, so if it is only a bit missing I just leave it. Once, a member of staff, when she was serving me, she kept scratching her hair and her back, she was wearing gloves but is no point after touching her hair few times then touching the chicken that I was ordering. Some staff were okay but there was a young girl and she was really horrible. I asked if I could have mostly chicken thighs and she didn't say anything. So I repeated it again and she said yes but she didn’t say anything to the staff who served the chicken, so I asked again in nice way but she still didn’t tell to the person who served the chicken, I knew that time that I wouldn’t have my request and I was right, out of 14 pieces of chicken I only had 1...
