Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

The service is awful, not that you could even call it 'service' as the staff barely say a word. No instructions on where or how to get a coffee after we ordered it. Once we asked how to get our drinks we were told cups are on the stand, most of the cups were dirty, you could see other people picking up the cups and putting them back because they were dirty. So people are allowed to touch all the cups but yet there is no condiments out the front due to covid... Staff have no manners, and can't even get a thank you, you are just greeted with someone chewing gum in your face. Food was barely edible although we only had a bacon sandwich. The sandwich arrived by the lady who just put it on the table with nothing said again. wasn't cut but no knives or napkins or any condiments given or offered so again had to ask. No masks worn my staff except one were she decided to wear it below her nose. Very...

After parading about Cwmbran with a raging hangover and being told there was an hour's wait on food in Spoons I made the quick pilgrimage across the road to the Cafe..... Absolute orgasm of the taste buds with their all day breakfast fresh on my table 10 minutes after ordering!!!!! I'm sat here feeling so much better about the world now!!!! The dippy egg was stuff of legend, the kind of beauty that keeps Ramsey and the like awake at night chasing that key of perfection!!!! I'm tempted to propose to the lady on the till (Incredibly helpful) and offer the chef a Hand Job on my way out!!!! Bravo to all involved for ridding Gruffs...

Had full breakfasts , beans were Cold, bacon looked truly under cooked , black pudding was still red in middle.. service was awful as the lady serving seemed like she couldn't be bothered to be there! No stirrers for the coffee, no butter on the plate to go with toast.. Had 2 breakfast, coke and latte and honestly I wish I spent the money elsewhere and had a decent breakfast.. won't be going back for another , which is a shame cause the 1st we had breakfast...
