O' My Cod — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered food via just eat at 7.15pm was told food would be delivered by 7.45pm and we are still waiting at 22.08! The time of delivery just keeps being extended, it is now saying 22.10! and the driver hasn’t moved on the app for the last hour and still we wait! all whilst the shop shut at 9.00pm!! it’s an absolute joke, we have have now ordered and eaten from KFC and oh my cod will blame just eat taking no ownership at all saying they can’t help the delivery service yet they keep using the service and they kept changing our delivery status and are happy to have taken my money

You have said you can’t help if they don’t send a driver but according to the app a driver got the order and it was being delivered from 8.30?? It’s now 8.45 Saturday morning and it definitely hasn’t been delivered. Why keep using a service that keeps doing this to you, I know I’m not the first or won’t be the last to have this happen there are loads of the same complaints, sadly due to this I won’t be ordering food again and it’s a shame as when I’ve had food previously it...

Firstly, no pies available. What good is a chip shop without pies?

The order arrived fairly quickly, probably the only good point.

Two items were missing from our order so we called the restaurant to see if they could send these out. They said we would have to request a refund of the missing items and place another order - we refused as this would mean paying their large delivery fee again.

The large chips were a small at best and were quite soggy. The fish batter and sausage batter were also quite soggy. The food overall was lukewarm and not piping hot like you would expect.

Good fish, good chips. BUT, the slowness in serving is the worst I've ever experienced in my 73 years. Only about 7 or 8 in front of us in the queue, and we were there 25 minutes. Looks to me like they cook only what's been ordered, so you wait to order, then wait for it to be cooked. Three staff, all rushing about like mad - there's a huge need there for someone to sort out their system. I'm not going back. Then I get this reply, below. NOT SO, PEOPLE.
