It has completely ruined the centre of town at night, they all spill out of the front, all over the road, smoking, vomiting, fighting and shouting in the street. When the pub eventually closes they all jump in their cars and drive off completely wasted.
This is actually a dangerous pub, I wouldn't walk past it at night if you are not a straight white male.
Really is a shame to say this as the rest of Hay is lovely but it's time there was some kind of warning about this place for...
Read moreWe thought it was very expensive for what we had, nothing special on the menus, I had a steak, had lots of grisel, and very chewy, husband had a 3 inch piece of fish, we weren't overly impressed with the food at all, especially with the cost of it with 2 drinks £78, on giving us our food they never said the plates were hot, and never asked how our meals were, otherwise we might of said something, staff where miserable, and very few to be found, until we went to go they were outside on their phones! Not a place we'll go again...
