Recent standards have slipped, trading quality for money saving it seems. Burgers used to be the best in town, now days I wouldn't feed the oily, mulched burgers to my dogs. As a regular customer I thought it worth a complaint to try and bring back good old burgers (I'd rather pay more for quality after all!) and was told the Manager would call me back - this never happened.

Unfortunately your product went from something unique and that you should of been proud to serve to what I can only describe as the sort of tripe you get from the burger van at the fair. Shame.

Very delicious baguettes with just the right amount of filling in them! The service was efficient but the lady serving us looked fed up, didn't really make eye contact and seemed annoyed when I asked her not to fill my egg mayo baguette with 3 tablespoons of mayo before the mixture even went in! Unfortunately that let the place down but would still have another baguette from them...

Upon entering the cafe I asked if they took contactless payment as I use my phone to pay for everything and had no money or bank card on me, after the lady served me my coffee and sandwhich she then informed me the contactless wasn't working and I was expected to make cash magically appear and pay, I told her I couldn't and she was very rude and aggressive, will not...
