Subway — Restaurant in Wales

If 0 star was an option I wouldn't think twice.. went here to get my lunch with my 1 year old son, he isn't a big fan of sandwiches so I bought him a pizza from Greggs on route, I ordered a sandwich for me and some fries for my 1 year old to be polite as we were sitting in and my son had other store food. My son is a fussy eater but I try my best to provide something from the store I'm in at least, when sat down I was refused to allow my child to eat his pizza as it wasn't from subway, I asked for a portion of the bites they serve which they had none apparently, the waffle fries were burnt to a crisp and when my son ate one I'm surprised he didn't break his tooth on them! They were like rocks! Outrageous that I've just spent almost £15, the only customer in the store, and my son wasn't allowed to eat his lunch and had to wait till we were back out in the pouring rain of a cold winter day and have it in the pram.. disgusting behaviour from the person who has this rule in place. I made an order through uber eats. Subway accepted it, gave me a 40 min delivery time. Then Extended it again and again and again and again and again until a five minute drive was going to take two hours. When I phoned them they told me they hadn't prepared my order because there were no drivers. I cancelled the order because ue I couldn't sit in doors all day waiting for a cold mess of food to be delivered hours after being ordered. Subway told me uber will refund me, uber tell me they won't refund me becsue they need to reimburse subway for something they didn't make and to reimburse the driver who doesn't exist and of course 10p for the bag that was never used. Subway have £20 of my money for food they didn't even make, let alone deliver and won't give it back. Why the dishonesty subway, if there are no drivers why not cancel the order like you frequently do instead of keep...

Subway in Haverford west is in such a great location. It's right on the square. I recently met the owner of the franchise, such a nice bloke. Was really good to see him serving food and getting involved. The place is really clean, there's some tables and chairs as well which makes it a lot easier to eat sandwiches instead of standing up. The cookies in this place are fantastic...Nice and fresh as well. Great selection of fillings, drinks, crisps. For businesses they do a platter, which would be really handy for events. Would recommend this...
