Atmosphere of the place was nice, though obviously crowded and a bit loud given we (a friend and I) went for a Saturday breafast and there were noisy children present. The service was not outwardly cheery and upbeat but it was polite and quick (particularly on our drinks and my friend's meal). Both of us ordered crepes: my friend ordered the maple syrup and bacon crepe, which she enjoyed greatly despite not liking bacon. I ordered the garlic, mushroom and spinach crepe, though I did find it slightly underwhelming in flavor---though it was good nonetheless. With one crepe each and either tea or a cappucino with our orders, I believe the total came to around 10 pound each. The same friend and I have also been to Y Caban in the past and found their paninis to be very delicious and of reasonable price---preferred them to the crepes on my part. Hae yet to try the pastries in the front display. The cups for tea and coffee are served quickly, very large, and tasty. Overall good though not out-of-the-park experience. Good for breakfast or brunch if you don't mind a busy atmosphere, or are really craving a crepe or panini.

We had lovely pots of tea and carrot cake Service was ok but nothing special tired staff that don't want to be at work making a lot of noise unloading dishwasher, I mean the noise she was making! slamming stuff around, not been funny but when I drink a cuppa of tea I want to relax and not listen how you crash about in the kitchen, seriously

I've never rated a place based on their facilities and toilets. One could be forgiven for uncleanness on a busy Saturday afternoon. However if you have a look in the photos this needs a major overall. Dirty unclean and complete unhygienic. Please could you rectify this as staff seem lovely and food is decent.

Bad customer service. Ordered hot drinks and 2 crepe meals, took over 40minutes to recieve 1 of the crepe meals. When asked where the rest of our order was we got told it was busy and they only had amenities to make 1 crepe at a time 🙄 why call yourself a crepe place when you can only make 1 at a time with half hour between making them? Eventually got our hot drinks after other customers recieved theirs and then finally the other crepe. Cold due to the door left open, a waitress spilt a drink on the floor and it was left for 10mins before being cleaned up. A member of staff spoke rudely to another whilst I was waiting to order. I won't be...

Owner spoke to her staff like they were slaves. Saw about 5 occasions in the 15 mins I was there were she complained at them for something totally minor or for something that was out of their control. Really wasn’t pleasant to be around.

The irony is that if the owner spent less time complaining, the service would be faster.

The actual staff were polite and attentive. Shame they’re having to work under crepe stalin. Sort it out, people shouldn’t have to deal with your ego 40 hours a week because you can’t control your emotions.

Crepe was also cold even after crepe Stalin took over control of the crepe...
