I am so upset and disappointed in this pub .

A few weeks ago my dad struggled to get in through the door in his power chair ( he’s paralysed) because they told him they don’t have any ramps for the door step . I find this outrageous and discriminating to all disabled people !

It’s 2022 get a ramp pls !

Then yesterday I went there for my friends birthday her chosen place to meet . We were sat out side a group of 8 on two tables . It was a boiling hot day, so we asked if they had any sun umbrella but was told no they only had one ! Yet last week there were loads up 🤷‍♀️. We bought 2 large jugs of their special cocktails on offer but with the heat they went warm quite quickly . My friends husband went to the bar and asked for some ice pls . He was told abruptly no ! No reason why just NO! Then my daughter walk past with my 6 month old granddaughter sleeping in her pram, with her was her friend and her 4 year old son. They were walking back to their car, but stoped to say happy birthday to my friend over the wall. As a mum I invited them in for a quick drink to join us, and show off my first granddaughter to my friends. Just as they went to come in to sit with us on the table outside, the landlady came over and said no children allowed in here and asked them all to leave . This was at 4pm in the afternoon, no sign saying no children allowed . I am new to the area having moved here only one year ago, I’m trying to integrate into the community but for several reason myself my husband my parents & my daughter will never be going in there again !

Upset disappointed...

I have been to the sea horse twice in the recent month the 1at time I was on a lads trip with my grandfather and a few others quite a crowd they were the 1st pub we came across serving a pint and a good pint at that very reasonable indeed a pound cheaper than other pubs in that location and the staff there are really 2nd to none so accommodating and friendly nothing was to much of an ask always soo friendly in each interaction they really are the gems here I enjoyed soo much the next time I was in that location I turned up with 11 of us no booking and again fitted us in and made us all soo comfortable on both times I ate there too my jaw nearly hit the floor such a cheap and brilliant menu from steaks under £10 2porkchop dinner under £6 the 11 of us ate for under £100I was soo impressed my food both times was lovely and served with a smile I have been totally won over and will return time and time again whenever I'm in town and always recommend to anyone I know heading there too bravo guys a real well done from me and mine keep up the...

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The atmosphere could have been decent, but the staff completely ruined it. They were really rough, unfriendly, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Instead of being approachable and polite, their attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. Definitely not somewhere I’d want to go back to.
