Kelly and the team are absolutely amazing!! We hosted our wedding reception at the shoes and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our special day! I could not be more grateful 🤍 The compliments we received on the buffet was constantly good! Especially the vegetable crisps! We lucked out having the wedding on a Tuesday which is Jam night & had our first dance performed by the lovely Jack, it really was a night to remember 🥰

All decor was provided by the shoes & the buffet given the size and quality of the food was unbelievabley cheap considering the hours and effort that went in to it! We didn't pay to hire the space and honestly I think they should start charging especially considering all the work that went in to making it so special for us! All the bar staff were very friendly and drinks again were cheap! I am so glad we chose to have our wedding reception here, we will definitely be back to try the Sunday lunches as well a majority of our guests who are from the area! Most travelled in from the North and Birmingham and even they said they'd never get any of this where they are from!

We had our wedding reception here - I have to say we were absolutely thrilled with how our special day went. The Three Horseshoes is very ideal if you’re looking to host a reception for a smaller and more cost-effective wedding - especially if you’re getting married at the local registry office, which is a short walk away. There is also a very nice florist directly opposite, who were happy to pop the flowers over at no extra cost.

The Three Horseshoes staff were incredibly accommodating - they were happy to set up decorations for us (including a curtain to allow for some privacy from the rest of the pub, which we really appreciated!), they also agreed to put on a drinks reception, cater for multiple different dietary requirements, and they have a fantastic space for a DJ to be placed.

Everyone had great fun at the reception, and were really impressed with how lovely the pub is looking.

Kelly and the team were instrumental in making sure the day ran smoothly, and the chef, Gareth, put together a fantastic buffet. We really liked that we were asked if the leftover food could be handed out to the homeless, which confirmed that this is a business we will be happy to support in the future!

The food took us all by surprise! It was really really nice! Though the interior was a surprise to say the least, being very modern and minimal compared to the classic British pub we were expecting from the outside, the food was great! I had chicken with a cream sauce and potato cake which was divine, and all the other meals got high praise - a steak sarnie, steak and chips, and cauliflower fritters too. All lovely.
