Nicely decorated with a friendly welcome from the staff on entering and dogs are allowed. You can either eat or simply have a drink and there is a smart patio area for the smokers. Had a tv screen showing pictures of old Abergavenny which helped the 40 minute wait for food pass by. What a lovely place with great proper home cooked food. We were looking for somewhere to eat in Abergavenny that had a good menu and was dog friendly. Luckily there was a chalk board on the high street that showed the menu and pointed us in the right direction otherwise we wouldn't have found it. Although technically I was not a customer here, i wanted to leave a review because I am a physically disabled man and needed the toilet fast. They kindly allowed me to use their facilities by e very nice barman. As I was passing through i saw and smelt the food and I will be going there for a meal when I get my wages as itlokeed great and smelt amazing.
