I give this place 5 stars. It was amazing! My family and I went there as a dinner for good grades and we ate a full rodízio! It was hard but we made it! At the end we ate churros with melted chocolate as you can see underneath the comment. They were delicious. The chicken wings and the sausages were quite spicy and so were the French fries. That's only a problem for me! I personally prefer no spice but that's my opinion. I recommend this one hundred percent! Also if there are any Brazilian or Portuguese people reading this, there are a few Brazilian and Portuguese employees! There was a slight lack of organisation but we came to a conclusion that COVID-19 didn't help. We waited a long time to get our meat but that's because we forgot to flip the little card to the side that says, YES PLEASE, WE WANT MEAT! So yeah, don't forget to do that. I hope this helped! Thanks for reading and enjoy yourself! 😊👍

If you have ever been to a real Rodizio or Churrasceria, my advice is to avoid this one. TLDR: Severely undercooked or over cooked meat (see photo), canned mushrooms at salad bar, lack of actual traditional rodizio food, and all for the low, low price of £24.95. I don’t leave reviews often but when I do they’re usually for memorable service or food. Unfortunately, despite me genuinely being excited to try this place based on the reviews, I was really disappointed. I am not very sure what my fellow reviewers experienced during their visits here but what I got was far from the quality I have come to expect from the many steakhouses I’ve been to. There are no traditional rodizio staples like pao de queijo or limonada and the steaks and other meat cuts served were all over the place in terms of doneness. The only redeeming bit I found here was the salad bar, which was what my table ended up having to fill up on. That said, the canned mushrooms and overcooked rice were misses there as well. We did speak with the manager on the floor and told her about our experience, and she was kind enough to charge us the salad bar price (since that’s what we ended up eating most of), so the service here is very solid and quite appreciated. To the chef, I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews because I know you work hard, but I really think the quality of food you’re serving your customers could drastically improve.

Meat quality and caipirinha were good, but the service was far from being acceptable. I'm Brazilian and as such I've been to several "Rodízios or Churrascarias" before, and I wouldn't come back to this one. We had to wait for a really long time for the service to start and also in between the servings. It took forever for our first drink to arrive as well, so we basically stayed at our table waiting with no drink and no meat...When we were lucky enough to have some meat, it was mostly just the "rest" of it, because they would go through the tables in the same order at all times and we were the last table being served by our waitress. In addition, meat came raw several times. The "passadores" (waiters serving the meat) had a really hard time cutting the meat, like they never had done this before (it was actually painful to watch) and resulted in ugly chuncks of meat instead of slices being offered, buffet was disappointing with just a few Brazilian food options available (basically arroz, farofa and feijoada). It was one of the most expensive restaurants of this type I've ever been to in Europe, and I was regreting my decision of going in less than 15 min after I arrived. So it does not worth it if you are expecting a true Brazilian experience and a good service.

From the process of getting in (staying at the hotel) putting my name on a list and being told it would be 40-45 minutes - for a table for 1. I went to my room and unpacked. Returned 30 minutes later to be told it would be another 40-45 minutes (I was surprised no movement) so I went and had a shower and came back changed about another 30 minutes later to be told FOR THE FIRST TIME that she hadn't referenced the list and i needed to stay to be considered... so, I waited another 20 minutes in the bar area and someone with nearly half a dozen tables empty came and got me... it was now very late night dining. The serving staff were friendly and solid. They couldn't recover from the perception generated by the hostess and the food. No visible manager made himself known. Many of the items were scorched so hard they were inedible. I have enjoyed Brazilian grill in many places - Toronto, Richmond Hill, Austin, Panama, Mexico City and more.. I always look forward to it. This was clearly the bottom on the pile. Attention to detail required. I was in Cardiff exploring my family history. This was the only lol-light of the trip.

Honestly, among the worst food experiences I've ever had. Very little meat rotating, super overcooked food, low quality and inauthentic side dishes at the salad bar, incredibly slow service. There was only one or two trays of meat circulating through the huge restaurant at a time, meaning you wait 5 min at least in between meat servings -- unacceptable given the price point. The meat was consistently bone dry, with beef and pork overcooked to the texture of rubber. The flavor was often ok, but nothing makes up for the incredibly slow meat rotation and dry overcooked meats. The salad bar was unrecognizable in relation to Brazilian churrasco, with low quality items like flavorless pea salads and a "fruit plate" that was, over two hours, only ever topped with a few slices of oranges. I have no idea where they got the idea that any of this is served in Brazil. ( I say as someone who's lived and worked for nearly 4y in Brazil). Truly the worst meal I've had in 3y of living in the UK.

Had a great deal through Travelzoo for lunch for 2 with a drink each for £35. Service was fab from start to finish, the girls there work so hard and a fantastic job they do too! We were quickly seated, drinks order taken, and process explained within the first 10 minutes Items on the salad bar looked (and tasted) fresh and delicious with a lovely range to choose from. But the meat was absolutely stunning! Of the 7 courses, I only skipped the chilli chicken (not a spice fan) and didn't really enjoy the sausage but the rest of the meat was gorgeous! Juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. The only slight downer was there were a couple of large parties that were a bit on the loud side but the acoustics of the place made it sound so much louder but it didn't stop us from enjoying the experience. Would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
