Was recommended this place by a bouncer just across the road yesterday as we (2 people total) were looking around for a new restaurant to try for my birthday. Upon arrival we were seen to and seated straight away, with clear view of the cocktail bar and salad island, as well as a clear view of outside which opened the place up in a comforting way. Victoria was our server for the evening, and was very nice and understanding of our confusion with understanding the experience. We saw the Full Rodizio menu and thought we had to choose from the list of meats 😂, neither of us had experienced anything like this. It's unlimited salad island visits, topped with either 8 or 14 different cuts of meat (chicken, lamb, beef, pork), as well as garlic bread and cinnamon pineapple (sounds strange but it's so good). Apart from the 'salad', everything is brought to your table, and you are given a card with a green side and a red side, to indicate whether you are ready for the next cut of meat. They aren't in any order unless you specifically request what you would like to have next, and the meat is also unlimited and can be requested again if you really enjoyed it. They're really regular, with about 5-10 mins between each meat The salad island is easily an accidental meal within itself; sushi, rice, chili con carne, curry, parmesan (which you carve yourself from a massive block!) and many other cheeses, pickled bits, hams + salamis, your usual cucumbers, lettuce ect, mixed olives, garlic mushrooms are just some of the many foods they offered during our visit, and they tasted fresh and good quality (the quality of the hot foods like the chili etc were subpar but I really cannot complain for what it is, I mean realistically no one is visiting a restaurant for the salad bar lets be honest - so that effort is used towards the service, preparing the meat, cocktails ect). All meats were cooked to perfection, and the delivery was something I'd never experienced before. We had 14 meats, and a pretty full plate of the 'salad' (like I'd mentioned previously- we weren't aware we'd be offered so much food alongside it😅). Tried my best to have a bit of everything going, but there's just so much variation which is an amazing and unique experience. I also had a 'Strawberry' cocktail with strawberry segments in it(I don't remember what else was in it, it was a lot to take in at the time) which also turned out to contain a few slices of lime which was different and nice Overall the experience was amazing and like no other, and at such a good price at just £39.95 for dinner(14 cuts), or you can visit before 4 for lunch (8 cuts) for less £. Victoria, our server for the evening, was absolutely amazing and so accommodating, especially at the end of the night when we'd discovered the experience and as a (drunken🤫) result we became apologetic in which she made light of and had a few laughs with us while sorting the bill. Personally, I'd give her alone 5 stars if it was an option Absolutely will visit again. Parking nearby (paid - NPC). Went in without a reservation. Was asked about any allergies or requirements when being seated, as well as how we like our steak...

Via Brazil truly exceeded my expectations, offering an unforgettable dining experience that balances impeccable quality with outstanding service. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made every effort to ensure that my time there was nothing short of perfect.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The restaurant’s signature beef dishes stood out as some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. Cooked to perfection, each cut of beef was of exceptional quality, bursting with flavor and tenderness that left a lasting impression. Whether you’re a seasoned meat lover or just someone who appreciates good food, the beef at Via Brazil is an absolute must-try.

While the star of the menu is undoubtedly the beef, the overall dining experience is elevated by the thoughtful touches and impeccable service. The servers were incredibly helpful, always on hand to answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made the meal all the more enjoyable.

The ambiance of Via Brazil was equally delightful, creating a relaxed yet vibrant setting that’s perfect for any occasion, whether you’re celebrating a special event or simply indulging in a great meal.

In summary, my time at Via Brazil was nothing short of lovely. With excellent food, top-notch service, and an inviting atmosphere, it’s a restaurant I’d eagerly recommend to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. I’ll certainly be looking forward to...

Let me first say the staff are friendly and I made sure I told our server that my review would reflect as such. It’s rare to find a halal offering at a Brazilian themed steakhouse so when I found this place I took my nephew (we are both big on meat) after requesting halal a couple of days ahead we were given halal options when we visited. Although limited to one style of cow meat and lord knows what part it was.. I don’t think the servers could actually name it when I asked (it wasn’t fillet, Picanha, tenderloin, rib eye, or NY Strip etc) leg of lamb and chicken thighs. I’ll be gentle and say the meat wasn’t cooked to standard and I think that was because of the size and type (cow) cut being cooked regardless if it medium it was still tough. It’s a really poor show when the central attraction is the theme of the restaurant. Regardless of halal or non halal seeing those cuts come out directly off the grill was disappointing.

The pace at which we were served was slow and I’ll put that on the management Not the servers as the servers had to wait for the meat to be ready.

Otherwise their salad bar had some decent options.

I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses where the only halal was lamb leg and lamb chops and the kitchen didn’t keep anyone waiting long (regardless of halal or not).

I can understand why viva Brazil doesn’t offer many halal options as the traffic may not warrant it however when the center attraction for a Brazilian steak house is the meat and in particular the Picanha then at least have that in your offering for...

If you have ever been to a real Rodizio or Churrasceria, my advice is to avoid this one. TLDR: Severely undercooked or over cooked meat (see photo), canned mushrooms at salad bar, lack of actual traditional rodizio food, and all for the low, low price of £24.95. I don’t leave reviews often but when I do they’re usually for memorable service or food. Unfortunately, despite me genuinely being excited to try this place based on the reviews, I was really disappointed. I am not very sure what my fellow reviewers experienced during their visits here but what I got was far from the quality I have come to expect from the many steakhouses I’ve been to. There are no traditional rodizio staples like pao de queijo or limonada and the steaks and other meat cuts served were all over the place in terms of doneness. The only redeeming bit I found here was the salad bar, which was what my table ended up having to fill up on. That said, the canned mushrooms and overcooked rice were misses there as well. We did speak with the manager on the floor and told her about our experience, and she was kind enough to charge us the salad bar price (since that’s what we ended up eating most of), so the service here is very solid and quite appreciated. To the chef, I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews because I know you work hard, but I really think the quality of food you’re serving your customers could drastically improve.

Meat quality and caipirinha were good, but the service was far from being acceptable. I'm Brazilian and as such I've been to several "Rodízios or Churrascarias" before, and I wouldn't come back to this one. We had to wait for a really long time for the service to start and also in between the servings. It took forever for our first drink to arrive as well, so we basically stayed at our table waiting with no drink and no meat...When we were lucky enough to have some meat, it was mostly just the "rest" of it, because they would go through the tables in the same order at all times and we were the last table being served by our waitress. In addition, meat came raw several times. The "passadores" (waiters serving the meat) had a really hard time cutting the meat, like they never had done this before (it was actually painful to watch) and resulted in ugly chuncks of meat instead of slices being offered, buffet was disappointing with just a few Brazilian food options available (basically arroz, farofa and feijoada). It was one of the most expensive restaurants of this type I've ever been to in Europe, and I was regreting my decision of going in less than 15 min after I arrived. So it does not worth it if you are expecting a true Brazilian experience and a good service.
