SUBWAY-Halal. — Restaurant in Walsall

Toilets out of order, poor service, staff on mobile behind counter. Had to go else where to use toilet, no signage that it was out of order, piles of rubbish left on the floor while trying to clean up, the subway order was given onion when not chosen, the nacho meal deal was only given 2 small pieces of chicken even tho the POS clearly shows atleast 3 large chicken pieces, I complained and all I got was its a meal deal it's only £3.99. My argument was well your gonna sell it like that in the photo then it should match it. I had to go back to the counter for my cookies and drinks, twice. Absolute joke. Never using again. While eating in I noticed other customers complaining about their orders and leaving unhappy....

4 off us whent in to Subwal day street Walsall and ourderd 4 breckfast at £2 each we 3 egg and cheese and 1 just cheese only no egg my crandsun dont like egg , I was charged £2 each for the egg and cheese and £3.20 for the cheese only when we asked why they charged £3.20 for the cheese only they said we have to charge for a cheese salad I asked if I can have the salad in a bag then that I have payed for they said we can not do that I asked for a phone number to complain they just said you will have to go on the webb it go's to say my family will not...

Worst subway!!! Just because I used my points three times different weeks, one of the staff told me that I’m not allowed to pay with my points because her boss told her! Now what’s the point of using sub card if the staff specially the boss doesn’t allow customers to use it?? How is the lady assuming that my points are fake?? You can’t assume something without any evidence! I always eat subway most of the time I pay for it that’s why I get my points there is no way you can get free points! Never going to...
