Happy Time Housing — Hotel in Walsall

This is the most worst place to stay if you become homelessness the staff there are not so honest with you I stayed here on 2 separate times the first time there was NO HEATING in any of the rooms 2nd time round they have made some inprvments to the rooms now have hot water and heating in all rooms now I made a mistake in there by smoking mamba and I stabbed my self through that I have now been kicked out of there it maybe my fault for that but when the ambulance service came to me one of the staff there as now lost my phone and they will not be responsible for...

Absolutely appalling!! I rang in concern to someone staying at this accommodation and was given a harsh abrupt response to the safety of a resident!! No care for anyone at this hostel!! This place needs closing down it’s full of chronic illness like scabies and leprosy!! The council and environmental health officials should be aware of the risks to residents life’s.
