Domino's Pizza - Warwick — Restaurant in Warwick

I ordered at 8:45pm last night and chose 9:30pm as the delivery time expecting it to be on time as usually dominos deliver within about 20-25 mins. The tracker had been on “prep” since 9:15pm. I appreciated that it was New Year’s Eve and they must have been super busy so I waited until about 9:55pm to call but no answer. I kept calling until past midnight but still no answer and by this time the order had been cleared so I couldn’t track it anymore (I assume they closed). This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called them up today and apparently they were too busy to even take calls as the oven in the Leamington store had broken down. All it takes is one communication to customers apologising and explaining the situation but we were just left waiting and trying to contact them all night instead! Safe to say NYE was ruined for me and my guests! The best they could do is refund the money which takes 3-5...

Always got to love the Domino's app! Simple, easy to use and informative. Collection was easy from the Warwick store, I even managed to get a parking space in the bays outside, which is a rarity!

Pizzas were both nice, well cooked and a good level of toppings on them.

My only gripe, and this isn't with the store but with Domino's itself, is that there is now only one vegetarian pizza choice! Which means I'm always having to personalise my half and half options. I was annoyed 2 years ago when they switched the veggie volcano one to a calm veggie option, but at least there were two veggie options - they just just have assumed that veggies don't like spice! So now every time I order I have to choose the same pizza for each half and then make different amends to reach side. I am thankful however that the option to do half and half is available, otherwise...

When I went to this dominos with my friends the staff were extremely kind.... we ordered a pickup and they were running 7 minutes late but me and my friends had a good chat whilst we were waiting and didn’t mind at all ( it wasn’t there fault they were running behind because we asked them if they could cook it after 45 minutes has been as we had to go to Tesco) we only took 30 minutes so it was fine and because of that the man gave us 2 free drinks ( he didn’t have to) so definitely go to Warwick dominos next time you...
