Visited yesterday afternoon whilst in the area with my family. Firstly what struck me was the very modern and clean decor ( especially the light features..superb ) which created a lovely ambience to the restaurant which subsequently makes you relax and enjoy the experience.

We received a very warm greeting from all the staff especially the owner Josh, he was amazing and was really impressed with his knowledge of the food that was on offer.

Between myself and my family we firstly had the Karak Chai, it was served piping hot and was beautiful and was just the job on a slightly cold and damp afternoon.

We then went on to order the Kebab Roll Wrap - which was gorgeous and the meat was so moist and freshly cooked, the crispy chilli chicken was also absolutely first class, had a nice kick to it ( but not too much ) and served with some tasty masala chips...yummy. We also shared a Meat ( chicken and lamb ) Thali, which was served with some beautiful cooked fluffy basmati rice and a light crispy paratha, again this dish was gorgeous, very tasty cooked with fresh ingredients, and portions were very generous..loved it.

We finished off the meal with some lovely desserts, again great variety, cakes, light cheesecakes, perfect sized portions and finished off the meal really well, cleansed the palate perfectly.

My first experience of Karak Chai, and I am so glad I chose this location and will definitely be returning soon with my family to enjoy the whole occasion again. Big thanks to all the staff and owner and congratulations on creating such a wonderful dining experience for everyone. Would highly recommend this restaurant to all. My recent visit to Karak Chai in Leamington Spa was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the atmosphere inside the cafe was very poor. The lighting was dim, the music was loud and chaotic, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy our drinks.

Moreover, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took a long time for the staff to take our order, and even longer for our drinks to arrive. When they finally did arrive, they were lukewarm and tasted bland. The presentation of the drinks was also unappetizing, and the cups were dirty, which was very off-putting.

In addition, the prices at Karak Chai were very high compared to other similar cafes in the area, and given the poor quality of the drinks and service, I felt that I did not get good value for my money.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Karak Chai in Leamington Spa. The poor atmosphere, slow service, bland drinks, and high prices all combined to create a negative experience. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone and I would not...
