Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Warwick

So I’ve just had food delivered by kenilworth papa johns, delivered is an understatement by the way. I live in a flat and had to leave my child in the flat whilst I went down stairs to get the food of the delivery driver. She was rude and started shouting at me and said she would leave the food in the road. My daughter witnessed all of this. When I asked to speak to the manager at kenilworth the lady said one moment then came back saying she was the manager. Then as they are obviously massively intelligent told me they would report my grievance to management. What a load of crap. As I’m not in a position to go to the shop this evening I will have to pop by tomorrow to have a conversation where I’m taken seriously. The apparent manager suggested as uber had delivered the order it was not there issue however I ordered from them direct, therefore it is your issue. See you tomorrow papa...

Polite and respectful delivery. Since Pizza Bella closed, we tried the other mainstream competitor and were very disappointed. We thought we'd give Papa John's a try for once. We both really enjoyed it. Dough was light and fluffy, fresh tasting. Topping was generous and some good slices of chicken on the one that I had,the other was was apparently thick with topping. We both liked that the base gave a nice hint of tomato flavour, but wasn't overpowering, or put on so thick that it made the pizza soggy. Not at all greasy either. The little free buttery, garlic dip is nice too. Lovely dough, generous toppings and cheese...what's not to like? Will be making it a regular thing. EDIT:...

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!! Ordered twice in the last four week and both time the orders went completely wrong. First time cold pizza was delivered after a 50 mins wait. Second time a system fault apparently caused the order not to come through. When calling the branch, Indian woman lied to us on the phone when saying the order could be made over the phone. After a 40 mins initial wait, were told pizzas would come. Another hour and nothing happened. I can absolutely not believe how horrific this service is! Stay away!! Papa John should be ashamed about...
