AVOID!! been a good customer for years. but went here last night for my daughters birthday there were 5 of us. the 5 pints of coke we ordered were like coke water, no fizz or flavour. tasted like a day old coke that had been left out. we ordered first round of starters and after 40 mins 4 chicken wings came out...cold! then another 10 mins and another 4 chicken wings and nothing else for another 10 mins!! the place was half full so no excuse. the staff were standing round chatting and when we complained they went off across the room and just carried and talking and laughing not get the manager or really care. i went and complained and all the manager said was well we gave u a good table!!! i'm not a complainer on these things that moans about every little thing but it was disgraceful service and treatment at this place and they have lost a customer of 4 years!!! We came all the way from birmingham too!! check other recent reviews on trip advisor if your in doubt, i...
Read moreI googled before I booked a table for four, expecting the Buffett set menu. They never stated when I booked that they no longer did it, though on the website it said they still did. When we arrived I was then told after ordering drinks that they no longer to the Buffett anymore. Which was why we were there in the first place. Then stated I must have made it up, as they no longer did it? Like not being funny but everyone went to the ruby for all you can eat? It was an awful experience, ruined the mood for us. As it limited what we could order as everything is insanely expensive now. Service was poor, food was semi okay. The best part was the napkins at the end. Won’t be eating here again, and won’t be recommending it to anyone either. It’s gone from A beautiful environment to an expensive experience which...

In fact all the dishes were ' spiced' with a liberal sprinkling of raw chili... Not the most sophisticated cooking. The Mongolian style lamb was exceptionally sweet and if you'd asked me what the meat was, I would not have been able to say. The sweet and sour vegetables might have passed over the wok at some point, and were a very disappointing, roughly chopped, poorly presented...
