KFC Watford - High Street — Restaurant in Watford

The staff very unprofessional, didn’t understand I word I said. Had my order up on the screen for ready to collect. However waiting 15 mins for it actually to be ready! And the staff had forgotten about our order give me understand that you’re really busy but you can be a little bit more professional in serving your customers no trays were given and was told that they’re busy with the customers, which in fact they were unclean and still kept on top of the bin areas.

One staff name GOPI was very rude. I honestly don’t know how she is employed or even has a job. She did not address my complaint and walked away showing attitude when I was talking to her. The manager didn’t even know her name. I would appreciate it if I could personally speak to someone in charge. This is ridiculous.

The staff were arguing in the kitchen area on member of staff was quite arrogant and was also slamming and kicking the door shut. What kind of people have they employed? And that they don’t even understand...

I recently visited KFC Watford on High Street, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. A huge shoutout to Sanath for his exceptional service and hospitality! From the moment I walked in, Sanath greeted me with a warm smile, and his attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect, ensuring everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with care.

The food, as always, was delicious, but I have to commend the entire team behind the scenes as well. The effort and dedication from the staff in the kitchen were evident in the quality of the food – everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Dont usually bother to take the time to write a review. Popped in today after a shopping trip. Food was as expected for a KFC, but as quite a few have stated before me, I was shocked with the cleanliness of the front of house. There must be around 20 tables inside. Every table had rubbish on them from previous customers, and the two, maybe three bins were full and over flowing (no wonder all the tables weren't clear). The problem could have been sorted in 10 minutes, a couple of black sacks and a bottle of D10, but clearly there wasn't a spare member of staff to keep the place reasonably clean (one rushed off her feet on the counter, and three behind the scenes trying to cook and get the orders out). If there's a spare table, I expect to see someone available or walking around cleaning tables, and if there isnt anyone, allow me to be able to throw the rubbish into a...
