Every child and parent in my son’s school adore this wonderful ice cream man so much so that if another van is there the children are genuinely gutted.

My little boy has autism and can struggle sometimes with queuing in general and I have to say how refreshing it is a mother for another adult to acknowledge this and try and defuse a situation even before it has happened, and that is exactly what our wonderful ice cream has been doing for the last year.

You are always greeted with a big smile and kind words and is the highlight of my son’s day leaving school to get his ice cream.

Toninos is also available for hire for parties and events and is definitely worth booking.

Faisal and the Tonino team are fantastic. Not only is it a traditional creamy delicious ice cream, the whole team of servers are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond in terms of both customer and community service.

They are also reasonably priced; at the time of writing, Tonino Ice Cream is 50% less than a service I frequented a mile up the road. A saving of £2 per ice cream might not sound like a lot, however when you are out with a group of 5 children, that extra £2 per individual cone quickly adds up.

When I was a local councillor, I had people comment on the great service, which is always lovely to hear about our local businesses.
