Domino's Pizza - Welwyn Garden City — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

Rude is even worse when you can't understand the broken English.

Website allowed me to order a take away tonight, but be a error on your part. But both times I was refunded.

So I ordered again and called the store.

The man on the phone was so rude and he hung up on me because I said...

"ok, but the website let me order"

He said 'don't tell me like that' and put the phone down.

Then when I called back the man is practically shouting and speaking in terrible English. I couldn't understand him. But I worked out he was saying no takeaway after 10 (course curfew/lockdown etc). He hung up agains, no goodbye, no sorry just put the phone down.

I don't think this type of person should be representing Domino's Pizza. I've seen your brand grow over the years and it would not have been because of rude people like this.

Look at Google reviews lately. Maybe there has been a change in the management there. I've lived in this town 11 years and they've always been a great.

He spoke like it was his own business. I think he would be better suited in a independent restaurant. Seems as it's dominos he doesn't mind being rude? The man could have just said that he was sorry for the system error which allowed me to order.

Someone needs check up on this guy. His behaviour was unacceptable. Enough to push me back to Pizza Hut and Papa Js.

THEY DIDNT EVEN TURN UP!!! After waiting a whole hour before closing time, I tried ringing on several occasions till they finally picked up to inform me that they didn't see the order and that it was too late? they were closed (although on the website it says they are open till 3.45am). I asked for a refund which they declined and then said they will deliver tomorrow- no good. After back and forward disputing, they agreed to deliver a pizza now as they didn't want to refund me (despite there being no pizza) and in the end they didn't even turn up! DO NOT order from this dominos- absolutely appalling and unprofessional, and if there was a lower rating than 1 I most definitely...

The drivers from this branch constantly park their cars in private parking belonging to the shops and flats neighbouring them. They also park across the pavement forcing people to walk in a busy road with poor visibility. At night they park their cars along the length of the road on double yellows. Sooner or later there will be an accident because the drivers at this branch are too lazy to park properly or with any consideration to their neighbours. We have complained many times over the years, this has been met with inaction, rudeness and on a couple of occasions, threatening behaviour. Once again, I have reported them...
