Rack & Bone — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

This place was maybe the best place I have ever been to. The staff members greeted us nicely as we got in and took our order relatively quickly we ordered two classics and a Texan bbq and a rack of ribs. The ribs came with chips and all I can say is that I was incredible. Moving on to my burger(the Texan BBQ) it was so great and as the flavours met my mouth a smile of joy lit up my face as it was just beautiful. The staff were really nice and offered us a discount for when we next came (obviously we will be). My mates and I all finished our food and I can proudly say it was the nicest I have had in the last 2 years. It’s a great price and I highly recommend going as the place really is good. If you have the chance and live in Hertfordshire it’s definitely worth going there. So fortunate to live so close and I can’t wait to go back as this place really...

Just ordered this evening through deliveroo.......so the chicken was uncooked.....I'll post photos....the burger had so much sauce that you really couldn't eat it ! The sweetcorn had a weird smell......And I had to call about my coke.....and they call me back to ask if is in the white bag? Wasn't.....Thank you for coke. I received it.....Omg I ordered again today......worst jerk wings? Just a very strong smelly powder on top! Hot dog....lol ...please look at the picture....thats a sausage! ...and believe me I lost my words for...

Let me be clear. The burgers and chips have been fantastic. However twice we have received the wrong bun for one of our burgers (standard bun instead of gluten free) via Deliveroo. The first time we tried to get a redelivery and over an hour later discovered it wasn't coming and the store had suddenly closed.

The second time we asked for the redelivery and spoke to the restaurant directly on the phone about the issue. When we received the new burger it had the exact same issue.

Not worth the risk of making...
