Absolutely shocking service from one member of your staff in particular called Eva! As a long-time customer who makes multiple Starbucks trips to various branches per week, this was the WORST customer service I have EVER received.
Firstly, Eva under-filled my drink by over an inch and walked off. I politely asked: โCould you fill my drink to the top please?โ No apology - just appeared irritated that Iโd asked for what i had paid for. She proceeded to add water to my drink in front of me - no apology whatsoever - and slammed it on the counter. My drink was to be made with lemonade, so I was confused why sheโd added water. I took a sip of that drink and realised there was no lemonade in it, so I mentioned this to another member of staff who DID apologise and began remaking it correctly. Eva sent this member of staff back to the till, asking what she needed. When told by her she had made a mistake to my order, she slammed my drink down and continued making the new one (still no apology from her).
The second drink was under-filled by the same amount AGAIN! Considering it was regular sized, it was obvious. I asked the same question in the same tone as previous for her to please fill the cup, she rolled her eyes, snatched up the cup and topped it up - zero apology. My mum and I were stunned at the level of rudeness and poor manners. Shameful!

ย ย ย Read moreUnpleasantly surprised today. I'm not usually someone who complains but this is a big corperate brand and I hoped for a bit more attentiveness and understanding to allergens. Upon enquiring whether a drink was gluten free (one of our group has coeliac disease) and was laughed at by the red haired senior staff member. Me and my friend both work in hospitality and are aware that thorough allergen training is essential when working with food and drink. If they confessed to not knowing but were nice to us, we would've understood and joked along. However given that I'm lactose intolerant and have had my order made with whole milk recently by a staff member (despite double checking for soy milk) as well as this reaction to a health condition it's not acceptable. We had to direct the workers to check their allergy book to make sure, something that they should've known to do. They flicked through then handed it to us to check rather than checking themselves. Management please provide workers with better access to allergen training and make sure senior members take customers health seriously (and with a bit more kindness too). Also, we all chat at work and like to have a good time socialising with co workers, however when taking orders and making drinks, I think focusing on the job would help in getting orders right and talking to customers might help them feel...
ย ย ย Read moreI walked into the store an stepped in some poop. It stained my crocs recently won in a talent show ๐. I felt the urge to itch my nostril as I strolled towards the counter. I paid for my latte and as they threw it at me they put the coins flat on the counter. This made it difficult to acquire the change. Consequently I felt harassed and intimidated as they were teasing me and saying come on little boy pick up your mess ๐ข. As I swaggerd over to my booth I took a deep swig from the beaker of latte. And inhaled a small insect. I run a small nature charity so I know the species of which I inhaled. This turns out to be and indangerd species of mosquito. I was choking as the employees just stood and laughed profusely at my misfortune.
Next time I visit I will have my revenge ๐กโ๏ธ๐ข

By the way please donate โฌ3 a month to help save this endangered species of mosquito, thank you !
