Passage To India — Restaurant in West Lancashire

Placed an order via Ormskirk Eats and waited until 15 mins after the estimated delivery time. Phoned the restaurant to be told that it was out for delivery, just then the status on the OE app was updated to 'out for delivery' (convenient!!). Waited another 25 mins, phoned back to be told they were waiting for a driver! Then I noticed on the app that the order status was now showing as 'complete'!! Phoned back again 20 minutes later to cancel the order, to be told that I'd have to contact OE to cancel and get a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service, no apology given....will certainly never even contemplate using them again....they simply...

My parents and I went for dinner here. We ordered 3 meals (roughly £9 each) 3 drinks (coke) and poppadoms. The coke was cheap tasting, like something from the value range in the corner shop, and the poppadoms were greasy. We left most of them. The bill came to £47.65...Daylight robbery, and I am very disappointed as I have been ordered from here many times and love it. However since this happened I am fully disheartened by it. The service was poor as well....

Best Indian around for miles Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great range of food and all of the dishes taste different unlike some restaurants.
