Scoozi Pizza & Pasta Ormskirk — Restaurant in West Lancashire

Ordered for first time via Just Eat. Had the carbonara and chicken burger with chips. I know its usual to overpay on just eat but a £4 delivery charge when places further away are roughly £2.50 seemed a bit much but oh well i was hungry and tired so didnt fancy driving. The carbonara was a big portion but not much cheese if any. That might be personal preference i dont know but tbh it wasnt bad. The chicken burger was a very thin sliced and flattened breast. Very well seasoned but not on par with other chicken burgers from other places. Chips were good very similar to the new kfc fries. Not too bad will try other items on menu soon before giving my final review. At least ben n jerrys phish food was good...

Ordered from Scoozi via their own website and had a confirmation of order. 15 mins later received a text message to say the website could not process the order so called in to thre shop. No apology given staff member said I could order over the counter instead, not a problem. Order total came to more than website and when I questioned it he said “oh yeah you get a discount for your first order online but we can’t match that” shocking customer service will not be using again. The first time we ordered from here for home delivery the driver couldn’t find our house so took the order back to the shop without even phoning us to tell us. Avoid this place...

We have had a takeaway from here a few times and have been happy with it. However this evening we ordered, it hadn't turned up after an hour and a half and when we rang up they told us they had never received the order. They were extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do about it saying that it was "keep local"s problem.
