AVOID! zero customer care. Last time we ordered and it didnt turn up for hours and they advised us to order in advance so this time we ordered a meal for 7:40pm, arrived and left outside at 6:15pm before we were even home. Obviously cold by the time we got to it and pretty disgusting. Called and spoke to the "owner" who said well it's an estimated time??? no apology. I asked who to complain to and he laughed and said "I'm the owner so who you gonna complain to?" again no offer to make things right. I said ok you're not going to do anything so I'll tell others to watch out on google at which point he started shouting and swearing at me.

Life's too short to have to put up with that arrogance and obviously someone with zero customer service skills.

Really unsatisfactory experience. Went in and ask for a starter with a drink. Early doors at 5pm but was told its not possible. Too busy. Previous lady told me that she would not service a starter only. I had to eat 4 courses. Frankly this business doesn't require custom. Filthy dirty toilets too. One may ask what's the kitchen like?
