Costa Coffee — Restaurant in West Lindsey

Visit this place a couple of times a year as a friends @ family meet up. There are a few of us. It isn’t the best Costa but the only one in Marshall’s Yard. Staff are glum and not helpful at all. I asked a staff member if it would be ok to sit toward the back out of the way and move chairs around. I explained that one of my family members is in an electric wheelchair and will arrive shortly. Not one staff member offered to help, I was told I can’t move chairs around. My family member arrived and we found it extremely difficult for him to access the coffee shop. My husband got up and cleared chairs and tables out the way. My guest hates a fuss and felt uncomfortable. Dirty pots on most surfaces Time to...

Waited a while to get served then when I asked for an item it was unavailable. Sat outside, tables had dirty cups, plates and serviettes on floor. The coffee shop wasn't busy, but looked like it had been earlier. The menu behind the counter, although on a moving screen it was difficult to read options before it went onto next screen. My costa coffee tour takes me to Marshalls Yard in Gainsborough today,been here few times now,there's a large outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice or those who need to smoke/vape wile drinking a cuppa.Found serving staff are always pleasant &helpful ,small seating area inside with about 10/12 tables or climb the staircase to larger seating area upstairs with good views across the yard .There's another costa straight across upstairs in the Next clothing shop ,have to try that store...
