Very rarely leave bad reviews as I'm generally supportive of local businesses and everyone has a bad day. However we spent £45 on food as a treat for saturday night. It was nearly an hour late but Sufian contacted us to explain that short on drivers. We wouldn't have minded this if the food arrived fresh and hot. When arrived it was so cold that a great deal was inedible, the chips, bhaji and rice couldn't be reheated and naan was soggy in the bag. The vegetable samosas had meat in them which was not great! Most of it got thrown. So disappointing as the quality is usually pretty good. Perhaps they should not accept orders for delivery if there is a shortage of drivers and the food is likely to arrive cold and inedible. Gutted to leave a bad review but this was very poor and sadly won't be ordering again as like many people we haven't got money to waste...

I accept some carry out places get busy or let down by drivers but waiting 2hrs and 15mins without any communication is outrageous, i ordered food at approx 6.25pm to be told they are running approx 20 minutes late so it would be ready at 7.45pm ish. I called at 8.03pm to ask how much longer it would be, I was told they are very busy but amazingly the food was right in front of him and would be no more than 10 minutes. Between 8.25 and 8.35 I called a dozen time to get no answer and then cut off. I went to the Sufian restaurant to request a refund to be told it was on its way, i reminded them it was on the counter at 8pm so as we are now 45mins later it would be very cold and my wife will refuse it if it turned up now, I left details and expect a full refund as I was on route to work, I...

Just had a korma and tika masala from here, on opening the bag could not believe the 1st the colour of the masala looks like its almost neon red!!! The korma wasn't much better sloppy tasteless just sweet yellow slop, the masala i tasted it tastes exactly the same as the korma but its bright neon red... The chicken is pre-diced cubes not freshly cooked either and certainly not what anyone should expect from an Indian takeaway . Im actually amazed this takeaway has customers all i can gather from that is people in Gainsborough dont know what real curry is, what it looks like what it should taste like or the quality. I couldn't eat any of it waste of money for pre bought in sauces and frozen diced chicken. Lidl microwave curry is far superior...
