Greggs — Restaurant in West Lindsey

Came here from Manchester. This has to be the most filthiest and unprofessional Greggs I've visited. Extremely long waiting times whilst they prioritise Uber Eats orders over customers. Whilst stood waiting in the queue for a coffee, cold sausage rolls under the oven on open shelf for debris and foreign objects to fall on, I was in the queue for at least 20 minutes before got seen and the sausage rolls where still there. I was told to wait whilst they dealt with a Ubereats order. As for cleanliness the tables outside are disgusting you need to wipe them yourself as when I asked for a table to be cleaned they said...

This is the worst Gregg's in the country. We have never been in when they have had everything we asked for. We normally have a large breakfast order. Today they had no omlett's, no veg/vegan options and no hot chocolate. Shelves are always ½ empty and when you ask for something it's always the same answer - it's not been delivered today. The staff in here are just excellent. Over time you 'build a relationship' with them. Jessica, the manager is always super nice and polite. Amanda, another long term staff has a fantastic vibrant attitude (especially so early in the morning).

Many places I've been to where the staff just look 'deflated', the staff at this Gregg's are always upbeat...
