The korma is thicker and more rich the Rogan josh is less tomato's and more rich curry flavour the naans are softer the poppadoms crisiper the onion bajhis and samosas made with more love. We have used Shaad for many years and it has generally been very good but our order this evening was very disappointing. The delivery took a long time to arrive, the food was cold, the curries were very watery (especially Tikka Masala and Korma) with very little meat and some of the naan bread was burnt.
