Me and a friend stayed in the twin room at the front of the property, it is a little snug but we had alot of kit, but has everything you needed including TV , cupboard space, tea coffee facilities and a sink. We were running a ultra marathon on South Downs so had to be away at 5.30am which the owner said wasn't a problem and left the breakfast room open for us which was very kind.He also arranged taxis and recommended a evening meal place for us, we also had a parking space, the road outside at night is quiet, as it only goes mainly to the hospital.Everything was very clean including white towels and quilts and very comfortable bed, i would defiantly...

It is a matter of 100yards to my granddaughter’s student village|I was taking her & her “stuff” back after Christmas break|So easy to leave her at Uni drop off point , park at bed & breakfast & get her settled. I received a lovely e-card welcoming me prior to my stay and Richard and Gill kindly bought dairy-free spread, yogurt and milk for me (I'm a vegan). The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. My bed was comfortable and the room looked out onto a pretty garden. The breakfast was delicious and with a good variety of options.
