Domino's Pizza - Heswall — Restaurant in Wirral

Paid £20.49 for pizza, 1.25l fanta and a side order. pizza + side turned up without the fanta. I told the driver I was missing the drink. He said he'd go back and get the fanta I ordered. Around 30 mins later he came back with a 500ml bottle. I told him "I'm sorry but I ordered a 1.25l bottle and you've came back with a 500ml...this isn't what I ordered"

Then the driver had the audacity to say: "oh you said you didn't get a bottle. I can't get you the bigger one, the store is closed, bye".

You didn't deliver the drink - then when you came back, you STILL didn't deliver the right drink and tried to blame me!!

Why not check the order before you set off? Clearly that didn't happen. Twice in a row!...

Order was delivered but without the potato wedges which was part of; called and was told they were left in the delivery bag and I couldn’t have a refund as they don’t refund for single items. Only option that I could have free next time or have them delivered but would be an hour; I said yes I’ll have them delivered as had paid for them already; then nothing turned up! The manager needs a class is customer service; no refunds for something that wasn’t delivered is not acceptable; wouldn’t even speak to me they relayed this through a member if staff; I know how important I am to you now; last time I go to dominos for overpriced pizza and...

Ordered pizza, got a call off them to say they could not find our house!! Been here 2 years never been a problem before with Domino's drivers. The delivery driver Lucy pulls up at our house 40 mins later, I go to the front door and she is driving off!! I call Domino's again and they said they will call her. She comes back, pizza is stone cold. Luckily I put the oven on as I just knew it would be cold. Called Dominos to let them know. They could not care less. Not good...
