The only one star is for Phyllas and the tall lady who are very friendly and lovely. If it was possibe I would give minus 5 to the other two unprofessional short ladies. I was waiting in the queue and they were disrespectfully laughing at the gentleman in front of me. At his face. Been going going Hursts Bakery for a while now and I've always had a decent sandwich. Looks like a clean working environment. The prices of food are decent and sometimes you get a free cake! The staff are always nice and happy. I give it 4 stars because it's exactly what you expect, it's a bakery and it serves typical breakfast food/sandwiche and cakes.
