KFC — Restaurant in Wirral

Ordered food at till and paid, was told 10mins which was expected and I had a taxi waiting (which I informed them of, when I realised there would be a delay). After 25 mins and being ignored twice, I was told it would be another 15mins - at least. The 'supervisor' was totally rude, and kept bagging orders for JustEat, UberEats and Deliveroo - even one of the drivers had been away (with a delivery) and come back while I was still there, he commented that the supervisor is horrible. She tried to blame the young girl who took my order and berated her in front of everyone, which was totally out of order!!! In total I waited for 55 mins for a 9 piece bucket, on offer for £5.99, and yet my taxi waiting time cost £16 (That is excluding 15mins I was expecting to pay anyways). I was horrified at the supervisors attitude, not just towards me, but to the young girl who took my order. Before I left, I made a point of telling her that it wasn't her fault and thanked her, she almost cried with relief, but her boss was shooting her daggers. This person should not be in any sort of supervisory role. Even the other staff were trying to avoid eye contact with her because they could see she was wrong, and didn't want to be on the end of her...

Had a delivery, don't go in store... bag of chips had maybe 10 chips in and out of 4 pieces of chicken two were the smallest I've ever seen ad the other 2 were dark brown due to overcooking. Never seen anything like it from KFC, whoever checked that order and let it go out needs firing! Driver rude as well, am usually nice about the drivers but this guy was below average. Didn't get the free popcorn chicken offer either. BAD.

EDIT: Thanks for the reply, I already contacted Just Eat and left a review there as well. They offered refunds (but they can't refund a missing 'free' item!) but the food was so bad/burnt/tiny I felt it was still necessary to review. Whoever was on production who let that food go out needs sacking, as I wouldn't have fed it to my cat and it ended up in the bin. Just been Kfc in Liscard and it was disgusting not one clean table in the shop, every table was empty but covered in rubbish. My daughter who is 6 mths pregnant need to use the toilet only to find the ladies was locked and out of order, she was then told to use the men's only to find it was filthy. She told the girl that it was filthy and the girls reply was a shrug of the shoulders and comment "that's men for you". During this time I had got the food we'd ordered and as there was nowhere to sit because of the mess we decided to take it home. On opening the food we discovered the gravy was literally like water and uneatable the Pepsi max was actually ordinary Pepsi and flat. We had asked in shop for plenty of ice and had been told they had none. The chicken mini 's in Bbq sauce had about a teaspoons worth of Bbq sauce on and where freezing cold. I have tried ringing the shop but not getting an answer. All in all won't be going there again...
