KFC — Restaurant in Wirral

I went to my local store( Bromborough, Wirral) and to be honest I wish I hadn't bothered. Firstly, when I asked for gravy I was told there wasn't any. I mentioned that it was early ( teatime) not to have any, the reply I got was basically " so what". On waiting for my order the whole restaurant could hear the conversation going on between two staff& I think he was a supervisor about breaks, when one asked about a break the language that came from the supervisor's mouth was totally unacceptable at any time let alone in a restaurant full of people some with kids. If people want to hear the F word then go somewhere else. When I said "charming" in a sarcastic tone I was laughed at by the two behind the counter. I got my order and left. I know you think that I'm just another moaning customer but I am actually in the retail business with 30 years experience so I know how stressful it can be but it doesn't mean that staff can behave in this manner. I won't be going there again....

Don't come here if you are disabled or are with someone who is disabled. The blue assistant button on the front door does not work, and according to a pair of dilatory idiots behind the counter, it hasn't been working for the past 5 years. They're also "sorry about that" but are clearly not going to do anything about it. Thankfully I was there to accompany the disabled person through the door, but the next wheelchair user who came in whilst we were eating unfortunately wasn't, she was the one who had to listen to the above menial disinterested remarks of the crew members as she complained about the non disabled friendly door, and had to struggle her way on out whilst they stood there grinning gormlessly and didn't bother to help her. Apart from that, the food was lightning fast and fairly good, although being a chain restaurant, it would have to be an exceedingly poor outfit to...

I ordered two simple meals from here using Just eat.

When the meals arrived they had no chips in at all, we'd bought two gravies to dip the chips into.

I used the just eat help button which was generally no help but eventually said it would request a refund.

I wasn't really interested in a refund, I was still hungry so wanted the missing chips delivered long with hot gravy as the other gravy would be cold.

I called the contact number for this place and was asked what my order number was after the bloke answering had repeated my problem "No chips at all?"

I was about to give him my order number when the line disconnected, then was repeatedly buttoned when I called back.

The times for the call to be buttoned were different so it wasn't a mechanical problem with the line, it was likely the bloke I spoke to doing it.

Absolutely disgraceful customer...
